Cheesecake recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 24 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mix well.Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream.Pour the mixture onto the crust and smooth the top.Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool in the oven with the door ajar.Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.Enjoy your homemade cheesecake!
